NEW!! NEW TREATMENT!!
Robot Assisted Key hole (Laparoscopy) surgery for ovarian cyst:
A new minimally invasive surgical procedure. A less invasive surgical procedure that uses state – of – the – art surgical system powered by robotic technology.
The surgery is performed by the gyne. The gyne controls the robotic arms which perform precise movements of the fine micro-instruments. As the instruments used are very fine and flexible, complex surgeries can be performed through tiny surgical openings. Hence, the patient’s surgical wounds are very small.
There are numerous possible benefits with robot assisted keyhole surgery. These include:
Shorter hospital stay
Less Pain
Less risk of wound infection
Less blood loss and therefore less need for blood transfusion
Smaller surgical wounds with less scarring of wounds.
Faster recovery & quicker return to normal activities.
