Diagnostic Ultrasound Services

a) Dating and Fetal Viability ultrasound scans.

b) Ultrasound scanning of fetal presentation.

c) Ultrasound scanning for placental localisation.

d) Ultrasound scanning for amniotic fluid measurement.

e) Fetal growth scans to monitor fetal growth.

f) Fetal anomaly screening scan.

g) Nuchal Translucency scan. This is usually performed between 11 to 14 weeks gestation.

h) Obstetrical Screening ultrasound scan.

i) Ultrasound scanning for structual fetal anomalies.

j) Gynaecology Screening scan to:

    - evaluate the female reproductive organs

    - ovary architecture to detect abnormalities such as ovarian cysts and fluid collections.

    - uterus size and architecture to detect abnormalities such as fibroids, polyps, cancers and uterine growths.
